well known brokerage throughout the tri-state region. All of our brokers

Colorado Land Investments I, LLC has handled a wide range of transactions for clients from most of the United States as well as from many other countries. We are very familiar with "1031 TAX DEFERRED EXCHANGES", as well as the "REVERSE 1031 TAX DEFERRED EXCHANGE". We consult with one of the top agricultural accounting firms in the United States, and are licensed in Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, and Wyoming. CLI has been the leader in the sale and acquisition of CRP land since its inception.

real estate. A native of Kit Carson County, Larry is very knowledgeable
